You can upload photos, videos, voice recordings and written messages. We support the most common file formats including JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV, MP3 and more. Full format support details will be available at launch.

The free plan will include a generous base storage allowance. Premium plans will offer expanded or unlimited storage. We believe everyone deserves to preserve their memories without worrying about space.

Yes, absolutely. You are always in full control of your vault. You can add, edit, organise or permanently delete any memory at any time. Your content belongs entirely to you.

Eternus uses artificial intelligence to learn from the memories, messages and media you share. Over time, it builds a model of your personality, tone and way of expressing yourself. Your trusted contacts can then have meaningful conversations with this AI presence, experiencing a reflection of who you were.

No. The AI presence is strictly opt-in and is never activated without your prior, explicit consent. You decide during your lifetime whether this feature is enabled, and you can change your mind at any time.

The more you share, the more authentic the experience. The AI learns from the content you upload — your words, your stories, your voice. While no AI can fully replicate a person, Eternus is designed to offer a warm, meaningful and respectful reflection of who you are.

Only you — and the people you personally choose to trust. You are always in full control of who has access to your vault. No one else, including Eternus staff, can access your private memories without your explicit permission.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Our servers are hosted within the European Union in full compliance with GDPR. We take the security of your memories extremely seriously. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

If you delete your account, all your personal data and memories will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers within 30 days. We do not retain any copies after this period.

Never. We will never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Your memories are yours alone.

Inside the app, you can designate specific trusted contacts — family members, close friends or anyone you choose. You can set individual permissions for each person, controlling exactly what they can see and interact with.

Yes. Any designated trusted contact can request deactivation of the AI presence at any time. We respect the emotional wellbeing of those who interact with Eternus and understand that this feature may not be right for everyone.

If no legacy instructions are set and your account remains inactive for an extended period, your data will be securely retained for up to 10 years, after which it will be permanently deleted. We strongly encourage all users to configure their legacy settings to ensure their wishes are respected.
