Eternus will offer a free tier with core features available at no cost. Premium plans with expanded storage and advanced features will also be available. Full pricing details will be announced at launch.

Yes, absolutely. You are always in full control of your vault. You can add, edit, organise or permanently delete any memory at any time. Your content belongs entirely to you.

Eternus draws on the memories, recordings, stories and moments you have chosen to preserve. It helps organise and surface what you stored — making it accessible to the trusted contacts you personally designate, never the general public.

No. Memory continuity is strictly opt-in and is never activated without your prior, explicit consent. You decide whether this feature is enabled, and you can change or revoke that decision at any time.

You do. Always. Your memories, recordings, photos and personal archives remain your property and under your control. Eternus does not sell, license or monetise your personal memories.

If you delete your account, all your personal data and memories will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers within 30 days. We do not retain any copies after this period.

Never. We will never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Your memories are yours alone.

Inside the app, you assign people to your trust circles — family, close friends, or designated legacy contacts. Each person only sees what you have explicitly allowed them to see. You can change or revoke access at any time.

Yes. Any designated trusted contact can request deactivation of memory continuity at any time. We respect the emotional wellbeing of everyone who uses Eternus and understand that this feature may not be right for everyone.

If no legacy instructions are set and your account remains inactive for an extended period, your data will be securely retained for up to 10 years, after which it will be permanently deleted. We strongly encourage all users to configure their legacy settings to ensure their wishes are respected.
